We only charge shipping costs imposed by Australia Post. We do not charge any handling costs, and will always try to get the cheapest option. As a result, customers can generally expect to receive a refund of the balance of postage charged at check out. You will receive this at the time your order is posted. 

Express post is an option for those customers who wish to have their orders delivered as quickly as possible. You may receive less refund or in a small number of cases, you may be sent an invoice to cover the remaining costs. 

Please note that postage costs will be higher than that charged at check out. We still encourage you to place your order and pay the minimal postage cost in the first instance. Once your order is received, you will receive a secondary invoice for the remainder of the postage costs. Orders will not be processed until this is paid. If we are able to get your order to you at a cheaper cost, we will reimburse you the difference as well. 

PLEASE NOTE: Orders weighing over 500gms being posted to the US will also incur a $9.00 anti-terrorism charge, which is applied at the post office. This will also be added to your order (if required).
